My weekly review of all mortgage products currently available indicate the following lowest rates. All examples are for an a mortgage of £100,000 repayable over 25 years.

As can be seen, low rates invariably come with higher fees. Therefore, depending on the circumstances and needs of each borrower, the schemes shown may not be the best value. I shall be happy to discuss your personal options.
